Brian is the Founder and President of UL Wealth. With more than 30 years of experience as President of M.B Browning Homes, Inc. and co-owner of Vulcan Steel Inc,  Brian relates to the financial complexities related to clients associated with construction materials, manufacturing, real estate, and families with special needs family members. He graduated in 1991 from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration. As a member of the Kappa Alpha Order, Brian was the recipient of the Freshman Scholarship Citation, which is awarded to the Freshman who maintained the highest Grade Point Average. Prior to founding UL Wealth, Brian held a Georgia Life/Health Insurance License which gives him a broad base knowledge about insurance needs. Brian holds the series 65 Uniform Investment Adviser license.
    Brian and his wife Deena are passionate about spending time with their three sons and guiding their development into distinguished young men. Their two oldest sons attended college at Brian’s alma mater, the University of Georgia and both work with Price Waterhouse Coopers in New York City and Atlanta, while the youngest attends Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, GA. In his spare time, Brian loves to travel, crossfit, garden and play tennis. He attends Park Avenue United Methodist Church and is a board member of the S.E. Georgia Fellowship of Christian Athletes and is President of the Cherry Creek North Homeowners Association.

Slade was born and raised in Homerville, GA and currently resides in Hahira, GA. He attended Valdosta State University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Religious Studies. Slade holds a Series 65 license with FINRA. Before joining UL Wealth, Slade advised clients with Brookwood North Investment Advisors. Slade loves to spend quality time with his family, and hardly ever turns down an opportunity to go fishing. He is involved with NorthBridge Church in Hahira.

Thomas was born and raised in Cairo, Georgia. He attended Valdosta State University before graduating from the University of Georgia. He resides in Valdosta with his wife Leigh and their three children. In his free time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his family, discipleship, and the great outdoors.

Steve Wansley received his B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Valdosta State College in 1970. He held the NASD Series 6, 7, and 63 General Securities Certification, and was a previous qualifying member of The Million Dollar Round Table.

Steve began his career with New York Life in December 1976, and has been affiliated with UL Wealth since March 2020.

Steve is on the South Georgia Board of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. He also serves on the Board of the Alapaha Council Boy Scouts, and is a past member of the Valdosta City School Board. Steve is a member of Valdosta 1st Methodist Church.

    A native of Valdosta, Georgia, Deena was born in 1968. She attended Mercer University and received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting, summa cum laude, in 1990. She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Mercer University in 1993. After graduation, she clerked for the Honorable James E. Graham, United States Magistrate Judge, in Brunswick, Georgia. She joined her firm in 1994.
    Deena is a member of the Lowndes and Dougherty Circuit Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia, the Georgia Bankers Association Bank Counsel Section and Community Bankers Association. Her community involvement includes membership in the Chamber of Commerce and First United Methodist Church. She is a graduate of Leadership Albany and Leadership Lee.

    Regan was born and raised in Valdosta, Georgia.  She attended Valdosta State University and received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, cum laude, in 2014.  She received her Juris Doctorate from Walter F. Georgia School of Law at Mercer University in 2017.  Prior to joining the firm, Regan practiced criminal law, insurance defense, and workers’ compensation throughout South Georgia.  She joined Gardner, Willis, Plaire & Wilson in 2022 where she practices in the areas of domestic litigation, civil litigation, residential and commercial real estate transactions, estate law, and business law.
     Regan is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, Georgia Court of Appeals, United States District Court for Middle District of Georgia, Valdosta Bar Association, and Association of Women Lawyers of Valdosta.  Her community involvement includes membership at Lake Park United Methodist Church and the Valdosta Junior Service League.
